Shipping policy

Parcels are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped using the delivery method selected when placing your order:

• To your home without signature via Colissimo La Poste, within a minimum of 48 hours.
• To a Pickup point of your choice within a minimum of 48 hours.

Delivery is free to pickup points for orders over €60 within mainland France.

For home delivery, shipping costs are calculated based on weight. The cheapest carrier will be selected by default, but you can change it during the checkout process.

If a parcel is not collected in time by the customer from the pickup point, a €5 fee will be deducted from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us.

Customs fees:

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the value and weight of the goods, as well as the customs regulations specific to each country.

We recommend checking with your local customs authorities to avoid any unexpected charges upon receiving your parcel.
