Refund policy
At Chic & Modesty, we care deeply about our customers’ satisfaction.
If an item doesn’t suit you, you can easily request a return or an exchange through a simple process.
1. Return Procedure
Return requests can be made:

from your customer account, in the relevant order,

or via the following link: https://chicandmodesty.myshopify.com/a/return.
Once your request has been approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email or available for download at the end of the process.
This label must be attached to the parcel before shipping.
2. Return Acceptance Conditions
Items must be:

unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition;

returned within a reasonable time after receiving the order;
-
accompanied by their original packaging and all original tags.
Chic & Modesty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Initial Shipping Fees
The original shipping fees are refunded only if:

the returned item(s) are faulty or there was a shipping error,
and the entire order is returned.
This rule applies regardless of the delivery country.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free in case of an exchange.

For a refund, return costs are charged at the carrier’s rate.

In all cases, the return label is provided by Chic & Modesty — no upfront payment is required from the customer.
Return shipping costs and replacement item delivery fees are always free in the following cases:

Faulty item,
-
or wrong item sent.
When return or delivery fees are charged, their amount is directly deducted from the total refund.
5. Faulty or Wrong Items
In case of a faulty item or shipping error:

The customer must attach a photo of the concerned product when submitting the return request.

After review and approval by our team, the request is validated.

A prepaid return label is then sent by email.
Return and reshipping costs are fully covered by Chic & Modesty.
6. Refund
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund is processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank.
