How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact customer service by email or phone.

Only orders with a payment accepted status can be cancelled; indeed, an order cannot be cancelled if it is being prepared or shipped.

Can I change the delivery address?

To change the delivery address or collection point of an order, please contact customer service by email or phone. Only orders with a "Payment Accepted" status can be modified; an order cannot be changed once it is being processed or shipped.

How to place an order?

To place an order, start by placing the items you wish to purchase in the cart by clicking on "Add to cart", then click on "order", you must first enter your personal information, then the desired delivery method, and finally the payment method.

If you encounter any difficulties placing your order, please contact customer service by email or phone; an advisor will be able to assist you.

Has my order been validated?

If your order has been correctly received and validated, you will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after placing the order.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please first check your junk mail; if you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact customer service by email or phone.

You can also check that your order has been accepted by going to your account, under "My orders".

How do I return items that don't suit me?

To return one or more items:

  1. Go to your account,
  2. Go to the "My Orders" section
  3. Click on the relevant order
  4. Click on the "Return my order" button at the top.
  5. Follow the rest of the instructions

Who pays the return shipping costs?

From mainland France:

With Chic & Modesty, returning items is free; return shipping is included (excluding sales and promotional periods). We provide a prepaid label if requested within 20 days of receiving your order.

Once this period has expired, you must return the items to us by your own means within 30 days of receiving the order.

From the international scene:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of an error in the order.

Have you received my return package?

Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed to approve or reject the return in question .

Thank you for your understanding: although we are working as quickly as possible, this process may take several working days to be fully completed.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping if you choose to return the package by your own means.

That is why we strongly recommend that you use the return label and instructions provided by our customer service .

When and how will I be reimbursed?

Once we receive your package, we will process it within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification of your refund once the return package has been processed.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

In some cases, a deduction of up to 50% of the item price may be applied if our return conditions are not met (torn label, worn item, missing packaging, etc.).

Can I exchange an item?

For practical reasons, returned items will be automatically refunded; exchanges are not possible.

Once you have received your refund, you can choose to place a new order with the desired item.

Shipping and Delivery

When and how will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery date is indicated on each product page; it is also indicated when placing the order and choosing the delivery method.

Orders are generally shipped from Monday to Friday:
- On the same day as the order if it was placed and validated before 4pm,
- The next day, if the order was placed and validated after 4pm.

It will then be delivered by our carrier within 2 to 3 working days to mainland France, 3 to 5 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the countries.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be shipped once the corresponding transfer has been received in our bank account.

Delivery to a collection point:

When you choose delivery to a collection point, you will be notified by email or SMS when your order is available at the chosen location. You must then go to the collection point to pick up your parcel within:

- 10 days for a Merchant Relay
- 10 days for a Post Office relay point
- 3 days for a pickUp locker

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to us and we will process the refund within 48 business hours of receipt. However, if the order benefited from free delivery, a €5 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Home delivery with signature required:

If you are not home when the delivery person arrives, they will take the package to the nearest post office so that you can pick it up later.

You therefore have 10 days to go to the post office and collect the package.

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to us and we will process the refund within 48 business hours of receipt. However, if the order benefited from free delivery, a €5 fee will be deducted from the refund.




How do I track the delivery of my order?

We will keep you informed by email at each stage, from order confirmation to delivery, including preparation.

We will also send you the carrier's tracking link once we have entrusted your package to them.

You can access detailed tracking of your order at any time by going to your account, under the "My Orders" section.

If you have not received any emails from us, please check your junk mail folder. If you find our emails there, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

The first thing to do is to check the tracking of your order on your account as well as the carrier's tracking, as it is possible that there is simply a delay in the delivery of your order by the carrier.

It is possible, although rare, that there may be an incident during the delivery of the package; in this case, please contact customer service by email or telephone so that they can help you find a solution.

Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?

We take great care in preparing your orders, but mistakes happen... Although it is rare, if you are ever missing an item, please let us know by email or phone, and we will do what is necessary to rectify the error.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Occasionally, though rarely, defective items may slip through the cracks. In this case, do not wear the item and contact us immediately. We will offer solutions tailored to your needs: refund, discount, exchange, etc.

I didn't go to collect my order from the collection point, what should I do?

From where are the items in my order shipped?

All orders are shipped from our premises in Montigny le Bretonneux, France.
